Recipe:
In a large bowl, mix salmon , red onion , celery , roasted red peppers , Castelvetrano olives , capers, brined peppercorns, mayonnaise, mustard & 1/2 lemon juice. Season to taste. I added a dash of Chile Lime Adobo seasoning at the end.
Choose the highest quality ingredients you can find/afford.
Serve with toasted sourdough & a side of tomatoes salad.
