#grassfedbeef steaks & green beans salad – quick, easy & satisfying
Recipe:
Steaks :
– bring to room temperature & season
– heat iron skillet
– sear steaks for 3 minutes on each side
– stick into oven at 400 for another 6 minutes for medium-rare
– add a little butter
Green beans salad:
– sauté green beans in coconut oil & season to taste
– once green beans are cooked, toss with red onion , tomatoes , blue cheese , balsamic vinegar & a little olive oil
– taste & add & pepper if needed
