Here is the beautiful ribeye @q_the_coach made that we enjoyed with the left over roasted vegetables .

Q’s ribeye recipe:

Choose a grass fed organic grade A cut of meat. Bring to room temperature. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Sear in iron skillet 3-4 minutes per side. Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce and stick in the oven for 10-14 minutes at 400 until meat reaches 135-140 for medium rare. Take out and let sit for a couple of minutes.
If you have a thinner cut of meat, reduce the time. If you like your meat more cooked, leave it in a little longer.
